Children's Mass

On the First Sunday of each month, a Children's Mass is held at each church. This Mass takes place at the following times:

• 9:00 AM Mass at St. Patrick Church

• 9:30 AM Mass at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church
   

The Children's Mass is celebrated in a manner in which the liturgy will connect in a special way with all those in the congregation but especially the younger boy and girls who are During this liturgy, the priest preaches a special homily directed toward the children, and the younger members of the parish often have an opportunity to participate in different liturgical roles. These features help our children to better understand and engage in the beautiful celebration of the Eucharist that is so vital to our Catholic faith.

Children, families, and all of our parishioners are invited to come to this Mass each month and experience this wonderful opportunity for prayer together.
